SAG Control DHS 1000 D
The sag control DHS1000 is a fully electronic loop control which can recognize very thin materials using optical sensors. Five sensors enable smooth control of speed over an output potential of 0-10 volts. Using five potentiometers it is possible to set the level of the set value.
The distance between the sensors and the reflectors is ca. 100 mm. Our test procedures show that even a transparent tube of 3 mm diameter is readily recognized.
The DHS1000 controls our feeder’s types ZG200 B2 or ZG15 S also with the cutting machine SM15, with our De-Reeler ARG30 M and SAR 600/800/1000/1250. The sag control can be used for extrusion processing.
