NON DELIVERY: Within three days of receipt of invoice should be notified immediately and in writing within seven days.
DAMAGE OR SHORT DELIVERY: Must be notified immediately upon receipt of goods and in writing within seven days. E. & O. E.
TITLE: Remains in CST Automation Ltd. until the account is settled in full.
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS: Return of goods will not be accepted without prior permission. Refunds are only made at the discretion of management.
Any refunds made can only be made back to the payment card used against the online purchase.

All returns postage must be made at the customers own expense and sent to the following address:

Refunds or exchanges can only be processed on the safe receipt of the returned goods from the customer.
RE DELIVERY:
Customers must ensure they are available to take delivery of goods as a charge of £12.31 + VAT will be payable if a card is left by the carrier company for re delivery of your items. All customers are notified via email when the goods are being despatched and items are always sent out on a next day delivery service. Should you be unavailable to take delivery, please leave a signed note visible to the driver as to where the goods can be safely left. |
