The marking device MG10D is used for marking round material such as cables, cords, hoses and similar goods.
The marking is well visible and highly resistant, it is printed on the goods by pressing a coloured foil with heated embossing wheels or impression dies for a short time on the goods.
The marking plates will be produced according to the wishes of the customer. Even special markings are no problem. The impression bands can be engraved concavely with 27 or 40 symbols and a print size of 1,5 to 3 mm.
Additionally, it is possible by using respective impression dies to produce a round marking.
The material delivery and the printing are done by a SM15 series cutting machine or a similar cutting machine or cable stripper.
Temperature and pressing time are regulated continuously.
